The Studio Reservation and Cancellation Policy To reserve The Studio we require a 50% deposit payable by Check or Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover accepted). The remainder of your balance is due at check-in. When we receive your deposit, The Studio will be reserved for you. In the event of an early departure you will be charged for your entire reserved stay.

If you must cancel, please do so at least thirty days in advance. We will return your deposit in full. If you cancel within thirty days of your reservation, we will return half of your deposit.If you cancel one week or less from your reservation, we apologize but we cannot return your deposit unless we are able to rebook The Studio for the same dates.

Arrival and Departure Check In: 3pm-7pm. Please call if arriving outside of these hours. Check Out: 11am.
